<li>Launch the app</li>
<li>Select a balloon color</li>
<li>The balloon animation will start (Have the child try to "blow up and pop the balloon")</li>

<li>Tap the balloon animation to pause, tap again to resume</li>
<li>If your patient is not in stage II after the first balloon is popped, proceed with another round</li>
